Every residential interior painting service completed by Extra Mile Painting is accompanied by a two-year touch-up guarantee. We will return and touch up scuffs and marks (within reason) in areas painted by us within the past two years. It is the responsibility of the customer to call and set up a day for the work to be completed. Touch-up work will be performed free of charge. Additional charges apply only for work that exceeds specifications and only upon consent. The customer is responsible for safeguarding the paint leftover from the initial painting. This includes noting the type, color and finish of the paint used if leftover paint is no longer available. Remember to store all paint at room temperature and ensure it is properly sealed. This service is offered only during December, January and February of the following year. We continue to strive to make our customers satisfied with Extra Mile Painting long after the job is done.

We usually arrive on the job between 8-8:30am, and finish between 5-6pm. Start and finish times are flexible and can be scheduled according to your needs.
It’s up to you! A majority of the time homeowners are not present while we are on site, but this is a personal preference based on the individual.
No! Extra Mile Painting does not use lead-based paint. Instead use low-odor latex paint which eliminates the risk with both people and pets.
